Rilmac produce bespoke insulation covers individually manufactured for every requirement. Bespoke insulation systems are produced in our North Midlands facility, including insulation covers, valve covers, cut to size insulation and high specification metal casings.

Insulation Covers

Rilmac Insulation bespoke insulation covers are made to measure to suit a wide range of applications which include:

• Removable insulation covers for valves and flanges made with a silicone or foil glass cloth covering and filled with a range of insulation materials such as rockwool or ceramic fibre.
• High temperature covers for specialist applications e.g. turbo casings manufactured from high temperature plain glass cloth protected from abrasion by stainless steel mesh and filled with high temperature ceramic fibre.
• Precision metal casings plasma cut from stainless steel or a range of other sheet metal materials to suit a specific application and environment. The casings are hand formed to exact dimensions and test fitted to ensure a close tolerance fit.
• Cut insulation, Rilmac offer a bespoke insulation cutting service, sheet and slab insulation products are cut to size to suit any requirement.
