Asbestos Removal

LOCATION:

A.R.T is a demolition company specialising in the complete or part demolition of any structure or plant machinery from small houses for the private sector to large industrial sites for major construction companies. Established in 1960, A.R.T Demolition work from Lincolnshire  to undertake projects all over the UK.

OUR APPROACH:

Rilmac were required to remove licensed asbestos from a former office block. The block had been heavily vandalised and we approached this alongside A.R.T to ensure the work could be carried out safely, efficiently and quickly. This involved extensive soft stripping of areas as well as vast sheeting up internally to segregate the non-asbestos areas out of our enclosure. The work was subject to a tight deadline which required a large team of operatives to work on the site to ensure completion. The dedicated Rilmac team worked additional hours on Christmas Eve to achieve this.

CUSTOMER BENEFITS:

Completion on Christmas Eve allowed A.R.T to salvage more areas of the building, rather than them become contaminated, and allowed them to begin work straight after the Christmas break to ensure no time was wasted.
